Shipping Policy

At Éternelle EGT, every order is carefully prepared and packed to ensure your supplements arrive in perfect condition

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK Delivery

We deliver to all regions of the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Standard delivery typically arrives within two to four working days once dispatched.

 

Complimentary standard delivery is available on orders over £30. Express delivery (one to two working days) is available for an additional charge at checkout.

All parcels are shipped through trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri, depending on the destination and parcel size.

Some remote areas or courier services may require an additional delivery day or small surcharge, which will be shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

When your order leaves our fulfilment centre, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Éternelle EGT cannot be held responsible for parcels that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery windows, occasional courier or weather delays may occur. Should this happen, our team will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

International Orders

At present we only ship within the United Kingdom. For overseas inquiries, please contact our customer care team at support@eternelle-egt.com.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

We take great care to ensure every Éternelle EGT order is securely packed and protected during transit.
If your order arrives damaged in a way that affects the product itself, is incomplete, or does not arrive within ten working days of dispatch, please contact support@eternelle-egt.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for minor cosmetic wear or weather-related damage to outer packaging once an order has been delivered by the courier. Our products are fully sealed to ensure they remain safe and effective regardless of external conditions.
